Questions

Laptop repair FAQ

How much does laptop repair cost?

Parts prices in Nigeria change often, so we don't publish a fixed price list. We diagnose first, then give you a clear quote, and no work starts until you agree.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the fault and whether the parts are in stock. We give you an expected time with your quote and you can follow progress on our repair tracking page.

Can you repair a laptop you didn't sell me?

Yes. We repair laptops from most major brands, whether you bought them from us or elsewhere.

Will my files be safe?

We treat your files as confidential. If a repair could put your data at risk, we tell you first and back up what we can. We also recommend keeping your own backup.

Should I bring my charger?

Yes, please. It helps us tell a charger fault from a laptop fault, and saves you a second trip.

Where is your office?

18A Omo Oba Plaza, Igando Phase 1, behind BRT Park, Lagos. Message us on WhatsApp if you need directions.
